My Coffee Rating: 5/5

Bastap is a localized term for “bus stop” or you could say that’s just how Cebuanos fondly pronounce it.

The café is literally at the bus stop / bus station where people can grab food, chill for a bit, maybe pee and then go. Funny that they didn’t think too far when they were naming the place.

It’s located at Carmen, Cebu which is an hour or so away from the bustling Cebu City.

While we were there for a quick caffeine break, I ordered their Iced Caramel Macchiato which was priced at Php 140. A reasonable price I must say.

At first sip, it was just too sweet for me, but when I mixed it all together, it toned down to perfection and my coffee-loving self is satisfied once again.

By the way, this was the last day I used a plastic straw! I’m trying to stay away from plastic straws from now on.
